Food and Beverage Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
• Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field is a plus.
• Experience: 5 - 10years of proven F&B management experience in a hotel or upscale hospitality setting.
• Skills: Strong leadership, financial acumen (budgeting and P&L), problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication.
• Knowledge: Deep familiarity with menu planning, wine/spirits, inventory software, and food safety protocols.
• Schedule: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Candidates must be a married person between 40 - 47 years and must have worked in a reputable hotel
• Candidates residing within Amuwo - Odofin and its environs will have an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
