Job Summary

  • Fashion Click Global is seeking a confident, results-driven Female Executive Sales Representative to drive sales, grow brand visibility, and build lasting customer relationships.
  • The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, skilled in social media marketing, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company's luxury fashion products to new and existing customers.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Create engaging content and manage the brand's presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
  • Monitor social media performance, trends, and analytics to improve engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, fashion events, and networking opportunities.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences to support business growth.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • NYSC Discharge Certificate is required.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
  • Experience in the fashion or luxury retail industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and CRM software is an advantage.
