Job Description
- Are you a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in real estate sales?
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to drive sales in Abuja.
- We are looking for candidate who understands the luxury real estate market, can build strong investor relationships, and consistently delivers outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of premium residential and commercial real estate units.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into buyers.
- Conduct property presentations, inspections, and client meetings.
- Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally at networking and industry events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales with a strong record of closing deals.
- Established network of investors, real estate buyers, and high-net-worth clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly professional.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
