Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and spices for cooking.
  • Cook and prepare meals according to recipes and customer requirements.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to supervisors.
  • Store food properly and follow food safety regulations.
  • Assist in menu planning and development when required.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
