Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and spices for cooking.
- Cook and prepare meals according to recipes and customer requirements.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to supervisors.
- Store food properly and follow food safety regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and development when required.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
