Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products, services, and ongoing projects.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads and customer requests.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare customer service reports as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in any relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years experience in customer service, front desk, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
