- Manages existing clients to ensure retention and referrals
- Manages leases on behalf of clients.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Very strong salesperson
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
- Looks professional and presentable.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry
- Sociable and Professional
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
- Knowledge of Abuja/Port-Harcourt real estate market
- Practical knowledge of initiating, managing and closing sales transactions
- Excellent networking skills
