Video Editor / Content Creator

Description

• We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor / Content Creator to produce high-quality video and visual content across our digital platforms.
• The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, hands-on experience with professional editing tools, and a solid understanding of social media content trends.
• You will work closely with the marketing team to bring the brand to life through compelling visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Shoot and edit promotional videos, testimonials, reels, shorts, podcasts, and event coverage.
• Design motion graphics, animations, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects.
• Create thumbnails, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
• Cover company events, student departures, webinars, seminars, and marketing activations.
• Produce educational videos on study abroad opportunities, visa updates, and scholarships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute monthly content calendars and hit production targets.
• Optimise video content for each platform's format, algorithm, and audience.
• Perform colour correction, audio enhancement, sound sync, and final rendering.
• Manage and organise digital media assets, project files, and content archives.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media, Creative Arts, or a related field.
• 2 – 4 years of professional experience as a Video Editor and/or Content Creator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of cinematography, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Proven ability to create engaging social media content with a strong, demonstrable portfolio.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, and audio editing.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and content scheduling platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
