Field Operations Officer

Job Title: Field Operation Officer Location: Isolo, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time We are recruiting a technical field operations officer for a leading print advertising company in Lagos. Prior experience supporting the coordination of off-site projects and installations is required. Responsibilities: Carry out measurements and inspections at job sites based on job briefs. Carry out installations/brandings at job sites and overseeing the activities of external contractors on/off job site till full completion. Ensure proper planning on all installations/brandings and execution on all field jobs Acquire market prices and price updates for production briefs. Assist in purchasing materials and acquiring vendors to fulfil job briefs. Provide accurate cost estimates on materials and labour on all job briefs. Examine specifications, sample layouts, and mock-ups to calculate unit and production costs. Requirements: Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience handling Clients in an Advertising/brand communication agency or Print company. Professional with good communication skills. Proven records in branding and installation. Experience in field operations and project management. Good initiatives and negotiation skills.
