- We are seeking an experienced Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Nurse Lead to strengthen our Nursing & Midwifery team.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care within the Nursing & Midwifery service.
- Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and case conferences.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to teaching programmes.
- Uphold clinical governance, documentation, and patient safety standards.
- Support quality improvement and audit initiatives.
- Collaborate with allied specialties to ensure seamless patient pathways.
Qualifications and Experience
- RN with IPC training and current NMCN registration.
- 8+ years of experience.
- Current registration with the applicable Nigerian regulatory body, where required.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
