Company Architect (Fully Fitted Wardrobes / Kitchen)

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand project goals, requirements, and budget.
- Develop architectural concepts, sketches, and detailed design plans.
- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers.
- Review project feasibility, site conditions, and environmental impacts.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor construction progress and conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
- Address design changes and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
