Key Requirements
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience managing an orphanage or residential children's home
- Knowledge of child safeguarding and protection
- Experience supervising caregivers and residential staff
- Understanding of children's welfare, healthcare, hygiene and feeding.
- Strong leadership, integrity, patience, and compassion
- Willingness to live and work within the orphanage environment
- Ability to provide verifiable references.
Additional Info:
- Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the various job positions.
- Candidates must be fluent in English.
