Job title : Account Officer
Job Location : Ogun Deadline : July 30, 2026 Quick Recommended Links- Experience in ERP and Posting of all receipt & payment.
- Managing and Posting of bank reconciliation outstanding items
- Ensure payment to vendors, staff in line with terms of payment and PO/ contract
- Accurately charge WHT before payment
- Keeping track of bank wise balances & turnover
- Facilitate fund movement within banks in proportion to their facilities
- Balances tally with Bank Statement
- Filing & documentation
- Supervise office asistant and ensure professional filing of all documents esp. Bank Offer
- Letters, Approvals & BRs
- Daily treasury report , bank charges tracker, bankwise turnover
- Submit accurate report of bank balances by 10am of every working day
- Maintaining a schedule of all FX purchased & FDs made
- Provide treasury documents such as offer letters, loan documents for audit purposes
- Support Statutory audit exercise, make all documents and systems available to both internal and external auditors within 24 hours of request
- Updating of statutory compliances as required
- Must be Responsible and Honest.
- Good knowledge of MS Office
