Telesales officers

FAMAD PLC is currently recruiting smart, persuasive, and result-driven Telesales Officers to join our sales team. Successful candidates will be assigned to specific shop locations and will be responsible for building customer relationships, driving sales, and increasing customer retention through effective telephone communication and follow-up activities. Job Responsibilities: Call existing and prospective customers to promote products and generate sales. Follow up on previous customers and pending orders. Maintain good customer relationships and handle inquiries professionally. Introduce new products, promotions, and special offers to customers. Keep accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and sales activities. Work closely with shop managers and the sales team to achieve targets. Encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak confidently and professionally on phone calls. Basic knowledge of sales and customer service. Ability to meet sales targets and follow up consistently. Must be organised, proactive, and goal-oriented. Previous telesales or sales experience is an added advantage. Location: Lagos, Nigeria.
