Job Type: Fully remote work (10:00am-5:00pm EST time) Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote Job Summary: We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our Branding & Marketing Team, which includes a Web Developer and a Branding Ambassador (Social Media & Content Specialist). This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative edge, someone who can enhance our online presence and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strong social media strategy that aligns with branding and marketing goals.
- Oversee the Branding Ambassador and Web Developer to ensure cohesive branding and content strategies.
- Create visually appealing content using Canva for social media, flyers, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Plan, schedule, and manage content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (static posts, reels, and stories).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an interactive online community.
- Collaborate with the team to create innovative branding campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp.
- Manage deadlines efficiently to ensure timely content delivery.
- Proficiency in Canva (Intermediate to Advanced).
- Strong branding, marketing, and content strategy knowledge.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and analytics.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and guide the team effectively.
