Job Summary: We are massively recruiting for dynamic and results-driven for sales executives in a real estate firm to sell and promote our clients properties and drive sales growth. Successful candidates will be charge with the responsibility of creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, building and maintaining client relationships to sell properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our real estate listings and services
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients and leads
- Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials to clients
- Diploma or B.Sc. in any field with ability to sell and market real estate properties
- Proven experience in real estate marketing or a related field
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Lagos
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and sales abilities
