German / Spanish Customer Service Agents

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND, HND, B.Sc or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good computer skills and ability to use and learn customer service tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and listening skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
  • Fluency inGerman or Spanish (As role requires).
  • Previous customer service experience is an added advantage (Not compulsory).

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 / month.
