The Opportunity We are hiring an Online English Language and IELTS Tutor to provide engaging one-to-one and small-group lessons for school-age learners, university students, and adult learners. You will help students strengthen grammar, reading, writing, listening, speaking, and test-preparation skills while building confidence for academic and professional communication. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured online English and IELTS-preparation lessons tailored to each learner's level and goals.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, academic writing, pronunciation, and speaking fluency.
- Prepare learners for IELTS Academic or General Training through focused practice, feedback, and mock assessments.
- Assess progress, maintain student records, and adapt lesson plans as needed.
- Communicate professionally with learners and, where appropriate, parents or guardians.
- Strong English-language teaching skills and experience teaching English or preparing students for IELTS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a patient, encouraging teaching style.
- A bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field is preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet, laptop, and webcam.
- 100% remote work and flexible scheduling.
- Competitive performance-based hourly pay of $10 to $20 per hour.
