Human Resources Executive

Role Description

• The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The individual in this role will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management support, and employee lifecycle administration.
• Responsibilities include maintaining and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and coordinating payroll and benefits information with relevant stakeholders.
• The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations matters, support learning and development initiatives, and provide guidance to managers and team members on HR best practices.
• The role also involves maintaining accurate HR records, preparing HR reports, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with Kontz Engineering Limited’s values.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee core people processes and support organizational objectives.
• Candidates should possess solid experience in HR Operations and HR Policies to ensure efficient administration and compliance with employment regulations.
• Candidates should possess proven capabilities in Employee Relations to address workplace issues, foster engagement, and promote a respectful, inclusive culture.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in HR information systems, Microsoft Office tools, and a good understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
