Marketing Supervisor (Dry Hair Category)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure operational excellence within our Dry Hair product category.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff within the Dry Hair category.
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve efficiency and customer service standards.
- Ensure proper merchandising, product display, and stock replenishment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stock shortages.
- Maintain product knowledge and provide guidance on Dry Hair category products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Conduct routine performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies that improve sales and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Mandatory: Previous supervisory experience within the Dry Hair category.
- 2–5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of Dry Hair products, market trends, and customer needs.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Salary
N250,000 / month.
