Front Desk Officer (Administrative Assistant)

Job Descriptions:
- Applicant must be experienced in computer operations and capable of learning new software quickly.
- Customer Service: applicant should be professional with a friendly demeanor to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Patient Coordination: Greeting patients, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing appointment calendars (scheduling, cancelling, and confirming).
- Financial & Health Insurance: Processing payments, preparing billing statements, and submitting/tracking dental insurance claims.
- Office Management: Maintaining a clean, professional reception area and managing office inventory / supplies.
- Communication: Acting as a liaison between patients and clinical staff to relay information, such as treatment plans and appointments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with management, patients and staff.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multitasking, such as answering phones while checking in patients.
- Administrative Tasks: Updating and maintaining patient records , assisting with intake forms, and managing e-mail
