Front Desk Officer (Administrative Assistant)

Full-time

CIMBAK DENTAL CLINIC

Job Descriptions:

  1. Applicant must be experienced in computer operations and capable of learning new software quickly.
  2. Customer Service: applicant should be professional with a friendly demeanor to ensure a positive patient experience.
  3. Patient Coordination: Greeting patients, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing appointment calendars (scheduling, cancelling, and confirming).
  4. Financial & Health Insurance: Processing payments, preparing billing statements, and submitting/tracking dental insurance claims.
  5. Office Management: Maintaining a clean, professional reception area and managing office inventory / supplies.
  6. Communication: Acting as a liaison between patients and clinical staff to relay information, such as treatment plans and appointments.
  7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with management, patients and staff.
  8. Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multitasking, such as answering phones while checking in patients.
  9. Administrative Tasks: Updating and maintaining patient records , assisting with intake forms, and managing e-mail
