A senior sales executive drives company revenue growth by closing high-value deals, managing key accounts, and guiding junior sales team members, candidate must be able to travel round the country and west Africa if required Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Find new target markets and prospective business clients.
- Account Management: Build and keep strong, long-lasting relationships with top clients.
- Sales Strategy: Create plans, set quarterly goals, and make accurate sales forecasts.
- Team Mentorship: Train, coach, and guide junior sales staff.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet financial targets
