Job Description

• Scrutinizing incoming spare part orders to ensure that part members / descriptions correlate to what is physically received and stock counts balance to the waybills and other shipping documents.
• To ensure that the outgoing spare part orders are accurately fulfilled and that despatch documents strictly adhere to the requirements of company rules, policies, and procedures.
• Responsible for the label monitoring of spare parts and the upkeep of all bin storage area specification signage.
• Responsible for inventory control and reporting, inclusive of conducting accurate stock counts as instructed by the spares department supervisor.
• Custodian of housekeeping and compliance with all health and safety protocols and procedures with in The store.
• Maintain the control of physical documentation and to keep all document files in good order.
• Regular audits of workshop tools and reporting of damaged, or missingparts to the Supervisor.
• Monitoring and receiving purchase parts as well as reconciliation with the mechanics and service team.

Skills and Qualifications

• Certificate III in Warehouse preferred, but not essential
• Ability to manage complexity at varying levels and adapt quickly to changes in job priorities
• Computer literate with the familiarity of use with recognized inventory management programs or similar MS Office software applications
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge on truck spares
• Organizationalskills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Knowledge of point of sale software
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of stocked merchandise

• Excellent Time Management Skills and the ability to prioritize workloads to meet standards.
• Experience within a similar position with a good knowledge of goods movement and inventory practices
• Good Knowledge of truck spares.

Salary
N80,000  per month.
