Job Title: Tele-Collection Agent (Bad Debts)
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Remuneration: 120,000 net, plus HMO benefit and incentives
About the role..
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tele Collection Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing bad debt recovery activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a keen eye for detail. Your primary goal will be to recover outstanding loan amounts while maintaining positive relationships with our clients and customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to recover overdue and bad debt payments (365 days & above)
- Negotiate repayment terms and ensure compliance with commitments.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved cases
Requirements
- Recent years of experience in recovery.
- Experience in recovering bad debts accounts.
- Close proximity to Yaba
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center software.
- Minimum of OND Degree
