Inventory Manager
Oliver Twist Multi Services Venture (7 Openings)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory operations across multiple store locations.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
- Analyze inventory reports and provide recommendations.
- Coordinate stock transfers between branches.
- Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and store teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Minimize stock losses, damages, and expired products.
- Train and supervise inventory personnel where necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in inventory management, preferably in retail or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
