Job Description
- The Property Manager will oversee property operations, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and maintaining the property's overall quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the properties.
- Manage tenant relations and address issues promptly.
- Ensure maintenance and repairs are performed timely.
- Develop and manage property budgets.
- Conduct regular property inspections and assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property management or similar roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
