Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean, set properly, and well-maintained.
- Assist in clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and company policies.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Requirement
- Minimum of SSCE qualification.
