Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented school administrator that would oversee administrative tasks manage the daily operations, staff, student welfare, and regulatory compliance that allow teaching and learning to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of the educational system.
- Maintain accurate student attendance records, enrollment/admissions, health logs, and academic transcripts.
- Coordinate staff schedules, assist with hiring and training of support staff, and track staff attendance.
- Schedule school facilities, coordinate parent-teacher conferences, and oversee general school maintenance needs.
Requirements
- NCE, OND, HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting or any related field.
- 2-3 years working experience as a school administrator.
- Ability to handle recruitment, and performance appraisals for academic and non-academic staff.
- Having a Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria certificate (TRCN) is a plus.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
