The Role:
The BOAT Program Officer will play a crucial role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the BOAT program. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the program's success and sustainability.
- Develop and manage program strategies and objectives.
- Coordinate with team members and external partners.
- Monitor program progress and prepare reports.
- Facilitate training and workshops for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Team Structure: You will work closely with program managers, field staff, and external partners to achieve program goals.
Ideal Profile :The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the program.
