Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Remote Company: CokerCo Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. This role requires a results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the media landscape, who can effectively promote the company’s media products and services to clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target new business opportunities within the media industry, including advertising sales, content partnerships, and sponsorships.
  2. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s market share.
  3. Prospect, pitch, and close sales deals with clients, ensuring a strong sales pipeline and consistent growth.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored media solutions.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or challenges.
  6. Regularly meet with clients to review campaign performance and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  7. Develop a deep understanding of the company’s media products and services, including digital advertising, content creation, and distribution channels.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media technologies, and competitors’ offerings to effectively position the company’s products in the market.
  9. Educate clients on the benefits of the company’s media solutions and how they can achieve their marketing objectives.
  10. Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, deal progress, and revenue outcomes.
  11. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  12. Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
  13. Collaborate with the marketing, content, and production teams to develop compelling sales materials and proposals.
  14. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay informed and enhance selling skills.
Skills and Requirements: i. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the media or advertising industry. ii. Strong understanding of digital media, content marketing, and advertising sales. iii. Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth. iv. Excellent relationship-building skills with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs. v. Ability to communicate effectively and present complex media solutions in a clear and compelling manner. vi. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets. vii. Ability to navigate complex sales processes and handle objections with confidence and professionalism. viii. Familiarity with the media landscape, including digital advertising, content creation, and distribution channels. Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the media or advertising industry.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
