Sales Support Assistant

Job Brief

• Dios Dlite is seeking a responsible, energetic and organized Sales Support Assistant to support the Sales team with deliveries, customer follow-ups, receivables, documentation and field activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany delivery vans and support product deliveries when required.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and agreed payment dates.
• Follow up on receivables and assist with cheque collections.
• Ensure proper documentation accompanies all deliveries.
• Confirm completed deliveries and report discrepancies or customer issues.
• Visit customer outlets for assigned follow-ups and field activities.
• Maintain basic records of customer visits, payment follow-ups and collections.
• Provide administrative and documentation support to the Sales team.
• Perform other sales related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• OND, HND or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or field support is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working both in the office and in the field.
