Job Summary
- The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within approved scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, schedules and budgets.
- Define project scope, deliverables and milestones.
- Coordinate project teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and performance.
- Identify, assess and manage project risks.
- Track budgets and project expenditure.
- Prepare project status reports.
- Manage project documentation.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure project quality standards are maintained.
- Manage changes to project scope and requirements.
- Resolve project issues and escalate risks appropriately.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons-learned reviews.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Management or related discipline.
- PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM or equivalent certification is strongly preferred depending on seniority.
- 3–7 years' project management experience.
- Strong planning, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in project-management software.
- Excellent risk-management and problem-solving abilities.
