Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information regarding our products and services. Transaction Assistance: Assist customers with transactions, including confirmations, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on best practices. Account Management: Help customers with account-related queries, such as registration, verification, and security measures. Problem Resolution: Identify and address customer concerns effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust in our services. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and communicate insights to the management team. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
