- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nigeria for a SAP Coach MM.
- The SAP Coach will lead training, mentorship, and support for the SAP Materials Management (MM) module, ensuring effective user adoption and maximizing system benefits.
- Responsibilities include evaluating user needs, conducting workshops, preparing documentation, troubleshooting technical queries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize system utilization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP MM configuration, implementation, and optimization
- Experience in developing and delivering comprehensive SAP training and user support
- Strong analytical skills for business process mapping and problem-solving
- Familiarity with supply chain management, inventory, and procurement processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in the oil and energy sector is an added advantage
