Head of Operation is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of trades, portfolio administration, and operational risk management. Head of Operations will drive efficiency in trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting, managing relationships with custodians and regulators to ensure compliance and support high-volume assets. Trade Life Cycle Management: Settlements, reconciliations, and fund accounting. Operational Risk & Control: Strengthen internal controls, mitigate operational gaps, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Portfolio Support: Manage data for mutual funds and discretionary portfolios, ensuring accurate NAV calculation and reporting. Strategic Planning: Drive process optimization. Team Leadership: Mentor and build high-performing operations teams. Qualification Bachelor's degree or Master in Business Administration, Operation Management with an experience of 7-10 years in a Finance Company.
