Social Media Associate (Hybrid)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Associate to manage and grow the company’s online presence across relevant social media platforms.
• The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media management, content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing, with the ability to create engaging content and support the company’s digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s social media accounts and maintain an active online presence.
• Create engaging social media content, including graphics, captions, and short-form videos.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Design marketing and promotional materials using tools such as Canva or other creative tools.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor social media trends and engage with the online community.
• Track basic social media performance and provide regular updates/reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
• Good knowledge of major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of digital marketing principles and social media analytics.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
