Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4-6 years proven experience as an HR Manager. Strong understanding of Nigerian employment laws and regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Professional certification (CIPM, SPHR, etc.) is a plus Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with company goals. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices, keeping up to date with legal and regulatory changes. Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. Lead and oversee performance management systems, ensuring regular appraisals and employee development plans. Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Supervise payroll administration, benefits management, and compensation structures to ensure employee satisfaction. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and manage HR documentation Promote a strong organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement and retention.
