Our client in the agricultural sector, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead strategic initiatives that will enhance brand presence, expand market share, and strengthen stakeholder relationships. This role is perfect for a driven marketer with strong digital skills and a passion for growth and impact. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility, product awareness, and customer engagement. Develop and implement market strategies to penetrate new regions and drive customer acquisition. Build and manage strategic partnerships that support business growth and community engagement. Promote agricultural products through compelling content, promotions, and tailored messaging. Manage stakeholder communications and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external players. Monitor marketing performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Stay ahead of trends in agriculture and marketing to inform strategy. Ideal Candidate 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, especially in digital marketing and market expansion. Strong understanding of partnership development and stakeholder management. Experience in product promotion and multi-channel marketing strategies. Analytical mindset and proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM platforms, etc. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Self-motivated and adaptable to a hybrid work setting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field. Industry knowledge or interest in agriculture or agritech is an advantage.
