Franchise Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Franchise Manager to lead the development, expansion, and management of the Hi-Snow franchise business, who will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified franchise partners, promoting the Hi-Snow franchise opportunity, managing the franchise acquisition process, and building strong relationships with franchisees. .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the Hi-Snow franchise network and identify new markets and locations.
• Identify, attract, and build a pipeline of qualified franchisees, investors, and business partners.
• Manage the franchise acquisition process from initial enquiry through assessment, negotiation, agreement, and onboarding.
• Present the franchise opportunity to prospective partners and evaluate their suitability, financial capacity, and business potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and serve as the primary contact for franchise-related matters.
• Coordinate franchisee onboarding, training, support, and regular performance reviews.
• Monitor franchise outlets to ensure compliance with approved brand, product, service, pricing, and operational standards.
• Identify underperforming outlets and work with relevant teams to develop and implement improvement plans.
• Coordinate the launch of new franchise outlets, working with Operations, Marketing, Procurement, and other relevant departments.
• Provide ongoing support to new franchisees to ensure smooth operations and successful market entry.
• Prepare regular reports on franchise leads, conversions, outlet openings, franchise revenue, and franchisee performance.
• Analyse franchise performance and provide management with recommendations for growth and improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Hospitality, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years' experience in franchising, business development, sales, commercial management, QSR, hospitality, retail, FMCG, or a related industry.
• Proven experience in franchise development, franchise sales, franchisee management, or business expansion is highly desirable.
• Experience in the QSR, food & beverage, hospitality, or retail sector will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of franchise business models and commercial operations.
• Proven ability to develop and convert business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
