We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executives to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, increasing loan application volumes, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing brand visibility across target markets. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through direct marketing, referrals, and online/offline channels.
• Promote organisations loan products to individuals and SMEs.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track customer data using CRM tools.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the organisations services.
• Support digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, and SEO/SEM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve service delivery.
• Educate clients on loan terms, repayment schedules, and financial literacy.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and marketing activity updates.
• Analyze performance metrics and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in fintech, financial services, or micro-lending).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools including MS Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
