We are looking for a qualified Lawyer with professional HR certification and hands-on experience in Human Resources to join our team. Requirements:
- LL.B/BL or equivalent legal qualification.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, CHRP, ACIHRM or equivalent).
- Proven experience in Human Resources management.
- Strong knowledge of employment/labour laws and HR policies.
- Experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Excellent communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide both legal and HR support to the organisation.
- Strong attention to detail and professional ethics.
- Provide legal and HR advisory support to management.
- Develop and review employment contracts, HR policies and other employment-related documents.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labour laws and regulations.
- Maintain proper HR documentation and records.
- Support management in resolving workplace and employment-related issues.
