Job Title: Manager (Customer Engagement & Sales Officer)
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer engagement efforts, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities, upselling, and promoting products/services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to track customer engagement and sales performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven, with a focus on achieving results.
Salary
- N100,000 – N120,000 / month.
