Content Creator

Job Summary
- We are looking for a female creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team in Lagos.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual and social media content that showcases our properties, strengthens our brand, and drives audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and other social media content.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content across relevant platforms.
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas for property campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
- Stay updated on social media trends and identify relevant trends that can be adapted for the brand.
- Produce property-focused content that effectively communicates features, lifestyle, and value.
- Organise and maintain content assets and media files.
- Must be eloquent and speak well.
- Must be familiar with real estate terminology.
- Should always look presentable and camera ready.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop content that supports business objectives.
- Monitor content performance and provide insights for improvement.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of relevant experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Excellent storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Real estate, property, lifestyle, or related industry experience is an advantage.
- Portfolio of previous work is required.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
