Business Development Associate

Job Summary
- The BD Associate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding business owners (merchants) to use Flexi MFB’s Pay With Transfer solution.
- This is a field-based role that requires daily engagement with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Approach and engage business owners in markets and commercial areas
- Educate customers on the benefits of Pay With Transfer (PWT).
- Prior experience not required, training will be provided.
- Onboard and assist merchants in opening business accounts
- Meet daily and weekly onboarding targets.
Requirements
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Immediate resumption is prioritized.
- Must reside in Ogun, Abia or Anambra
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, confident, and target-driven.
