Dispatch Rider

Job Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver medications, medical supplies, and other items safely and promptly.
• Ensure accurate documentation and proof of deliveries.
• Maintain the assigned motorcycle in good working condition.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety policies.
• Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Report delivery issues, accidents, or maintenance concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
• Valid Rider's Permit and Driver's Licence.
• 1–2 years' experience as a Dispatch Rider.
• Good knowledge of Lagos road network and traffic regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be responsible, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, logistics, or courier company will be an added advantage.
