Marketer

Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused Marketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s loan products, generating new customers, developing leads, and supporting customer acquisition efforts.
• The desired candidate must have experience in sales, marketing, loan services, microfinance, banking, or a related role.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company’s loan products to prospective customers.
• Generate new leads and customers through direct marketing, referrals, networking, social media, and field activities.
• Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules to prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers to convert inquiries into successful applications.
• Assist customers with the loan application process and required documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve assigned sales, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and applications.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Submit regular reports on sales and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSC in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, loan services, microfinance, banking, or a related role.
• Proven ability to meet sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Must be proactive, confident, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to carry out field marketing and customer acquisition activities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
