Für unseren Produktionsstandort in Bern-Liebefeld in der Schweiz mit rund 100 Mitarbeitenden suchen wir eine engagierte, zuverlässige und mitdenkende Persönlichkeit als Maschinenführer:in / Anlageführer:in 100% (3-Schichtbetrieb).
Die Position eignet sich auch hervorragend für Grenzgängerinnen und Grenzgänger aus Süddeutschland. Besonders freuen wir uns über Bewerbungen aus den Regionen Lörrach, Weil am Rhein, Rheinfelden (Baden), Bad Säckingen, Waldshut-Tiengen, Singen (Hohentwiel), Konstanz sowie dem gesamten Hochrhein- und Bodenseeraum. Diese Regionen sind traditionell eng mit der Schweiz verbunden und bieten gute Verkehrsverbindungen für Berufspendler.
Deine Aufgaben
- Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von Produktions- und Fertigungsanlagen
- Überwachung des laufenden Herstellprozesses
- Bereitstellen, Kontrollieren und Verbuchen der Auftragsmaterialien
- Sicherstellen der Produktqualität gemäss Vorgaben
- Einhalten von Sicherheits-, Betriebs- und Umweltvorschriften
Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (z. B. Kunststofftechnologe:in, Papiertechnologe:in, Mechaniker:in, Produktionsmechaniker:in)
- Erfahrung als Maschinenführer:in, Anlagenführer:in oder Produktionsmitarbeiter:in
- Erfahrung in der industriellen Produktion oder Kunststoffverarbeitung von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft für den 3-Schichtbetrieb
- Selbständige, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
