Legal Manager
Conceptual Integrated Consulting Limited (CICL)
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advisory services to management
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance across company operations
- Manage corporate legal risks and dispute resolution processes
- Interface with government agencies, clients, and external solicitors
- Support procurement, construction, consulting, and contracting activities with legal guidance
- Develop and maintain internal legal policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, and government contracting processes
- Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
- Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
