Requirements
- A good degree in Health Information Management registrable with the Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria, plus evidence of completion of/ or exemption from NYSC including a current practicing license.

Salary Grade Level
CONHESS 07 Step 02 (N1,919,142.00 annually).
