Auto Mechanic
a Leading Agro-FMCG company - Green Harvest Recruitment (8 Openings)
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair Toyota Hilux vehicles.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance and vehicle servicing.
- Repair and maintain vehicle engines, braking systems, suspension, steering, transmission, and electrical components.
- Inspect vehicles to identify faults and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Replace defective vehicle parts and ensure all repairs meet safety and operational standards.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and reliability.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Ensure proper use and care of workshop tools and equipment.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Workshop Supervisor or Management.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, NCE, or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Technology, or any related discipline..
- Minimum of 5years' hands-on experience maintaining and repairing Toyota Hilux vehicles.
- Sound knowledge of engine overhaul, brake systems, suspension, steering, transmission, electrical systems, and replacement of vehicle parts.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical faults and carry out effective repairs.
- Honest, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work under minimal supervision.
- Ready to work in a fast-paced environment and committed to operational excellence.
- Must be willing to relocate to any of the South Western States.
