Responsibilities
- Enrolment Process: Guide applicants through the NIN enrollment process, ensuring accurate data collection.
- Data Capture: Capture high-quality biometrics (ten fingerprints, facial image) using the provided NIMC-licensed equipment.
- Document Verification: Verify applicant documents (Birth Certificate, Local Government ID, Passport, etc.) to ensure authenticity.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure data submitted matches the supporting documents to prevent future modifications.
- Synchronization: Ensure all captured data is successfully submitted and synchronized with the NIMC backend system.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the security and functionality of the enrollment kit (laptop, scanner, camera).
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of OND, NCE with practical experience in data entry.
- Experience: Previous experience as a data capture agent, KYC agent, or working with government, bank, or telecom enrollment projects is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Windows OS, and hardware troubleshooting (camera, scanners).
- Data Confidentiality: Strict adherence to data privacy and security standards.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and local languages relevant to the area of operation.
Salary
N100,000 per month (Fixed + Commission based).
